The Exceptional Families Network Abilicon is an excellent opportunity to promote your products, services, resources, programs, and concepts for exceptional living. VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION
EFN Abilicon | SATURDAY, September 21, 2019
You are invited to participate in this year’s EFN Abilicon, the first annual disability convention for Puget Sound Families. Family friendly fun for all abilities, EFN Abilicon will be located in the Frontier Park Lodge in Graham, Washington. All proceeds from EFN Abilicon benefit the Exceptional Families Network. Building healthy families in our community.
VENDOR SPACE INFORMATION: Each Outdoor Vendor will be allocated a 10’ x 10’ grassy space. All tent-canopies must be weighted, but no stakes are allowed in the ground. We ask that all vendors break down booths at the end of the event and clean your space area utilizing the appropriate receptacles. Indoor booths are space available only-- indoor booth space is limited.
SET-UP/TAKE DOWN: Vendors may bring items to Frontier Park on Saturday, September 21st. Booths will be in place after 8:30am. Vendors must provide their own tables and canopies. Canopies are not required. We ask that you keep your booth intact until the completion of the EFN Abilicon at 4:00pm. Please enter the park from the main gate (south) and drive to the parking area near the lodge. You may unload your vehicles and then move your cars to the large lot in the back of the property.
SELLING PRODUCTS: We encourage you to sell products and services at this event. Donations to EFN are always appreciated.
PARKING: is free for all participants and vendors. Parking is located directly off Meridian E, just north of the parks' main entrance. The long road leads to a large parking area to the back of the park.
FOOD/BEVERAGE BOOTH: Food Vendors are responsible for meeting Health Department requirements and securing all necessary permits and designations if providing food/beverages. Please contact theTacoma-Pierce County Health Department for more information.

- Non-Profit Outdoor Booth- $100
